Refund & Return Policy

At SoCal Bike, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled when you shop at www.socalbike.com.


1. Return Eligibility

Items may be eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Includes original packaging, tags, and accessories

Certain items may be excluded from returns. See Non-Returnable Items below.


2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless required by law:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Used, installed, or damaged items

  • Gift cards

  • Labor, services, or workshop fees

Bicycles that have been ridden, assembled, or modified may not be eligible for return.


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at online@socalbike.com with your order number

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions

  3. Ship or return the item as instructed

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

For oversized items (such as bikes or freight shipments), additional return shipping fees may apply.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 3-5 business days

  • Processing times may vary by payment provider

If a return is rejected, we will notify you with the reason.


6. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item:

  • Contact us before returning your item

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • Price differences may apply

Some items may only be eligible for refund rather than exchange.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Provide photos and order details

  • We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly


8. In-Store Pickup Returns (If Applicable)

For orders picked up in store:

  • Returns must be made at the original pickup location

  • Pickup timeframes and ID requirements may apply

9. Manufacturer Warranties

Many products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims may be handled directly by the manufacturer or through us, depending on the product.

10. Refund Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements

  • Limit returns in cases of excessive or fraudulent activity
