Cancellation Policy

Overview

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we may be able to accept cancellations before the order has been picked and shipped. If an order has already been picked and shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

Details

We know that cancellations happen with online shopping. It's really so easy to click / buy these days and it may lead to an honest mistake! If you place an order and realized you made a mistake on items, address, etc you have the ability to cancel that order by yourself for up to 2 hours after the order.

Simply notify us at online@socalbike.com and we will try to stop the presses.

After the 2 hours have passed, you will then need to email our support staff to process the cancellation. If this is happens during our business hours, we will reply promptly. If it is after hours or on a weekend, we will reply the next business day.

Order cancellation requests over $1500 will we assessed a 3% cancellation fee to cover the credit fees associated with your payment.

Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive an order cancellation email and your refund will be processed immediately. Generally, refunds post to your credit card in 3-5 business days.
