Where to Pickup Your Order

Orders placed online may be picked up at our Oceanside, CA store location:

When Your Order Is Ready

• Most in-store pickup orders are available within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed and payment is processed.

• You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for pickup.

What to Bring

To collect your order, please bring:

• Your order confirmation (printed or mobile)

• A valid photo ID matching the order name

Special Items

• Bike assemblies, repairs, and custom builds: May require additional time to finalize. Pickup notifications will specify when ready.

• Rental returns: Managed separately — check your rental agreement for details.

Uncollected Orders

• Orders not picked up within 14 days of notification may be subject to cancellation and restocking.

• If we need to cancel your order due to non-pickup, refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
